Peachtree City, Georgia, 10 décembre 2014 -- Rinnai, the number-one selling brand of tankless water heaters in the US and Canada, has introduced a new line of condensing tankless water heaters, featuring a breakthrough in recirculation technology to help users save time, money and natural resources. Along with the recently introduced dual venting options on interior units (RUC98i and RUC80i ), the RUR98i and RUR98e, the newest additions to the Ultra Series condensing tankless water heater family, come equipped with an integrated pump, internal bypass line and thermal bypass valve, and will work with either a dedicated return line or a cross over valve.

“At Rinnai, we are committed to industry leadership in tankless water heating, meeting market demand and customer needs, as well as energy efficiency with products that exceed the new 2015 Department of Energy requirements,” said Joe Holliday, Director of Business and Product Development at Rinnai. “There has long been a misconception that when you get a tankless water heater you will have hot water right when you turn on the tap. While tankless water heaters are ‘on-demand’ and only heat hot water when it is needed, the hot water still has to travel through the pipes to the fixture. Rinnai’s new Ultra Series RUR models provide the ‘faster hot water’ that homeowners are looking for with the endless supply of hot water and up to .96 Energy Factor and ENERGY STAR qualifications, as well as providing contractors with an easier more cost effective recirculation option and more venting options on the same unit.”

Unlike other tankless water heaters that offer recirculation, the Ultra Series RUR models do not require a dedicated return line or a complex and expensive building of system components by the contractor. The Rinnai RUR solutions offer everything the contractor needs right in the unit and in the box. The Ultra Series RUR models can be installed using cross over technology, which utilizes a thermal bypass valve supplied in the box. Through this thermal bypass valve, along with the integrated pump and internal bypass line, the Ultra Series RUR models of tankless water heaters deliver hot water faster, leading to less water wasted and less natural resources used. In addition, the premium MC-195T digital controller, which is included as a standard feature, allows the user to save on gas utility bills by scheduling multiple recirculation events throughout the day to align with usage patterns.

Along with the new Ultra Series models, Rinnai is also releasing new mid-level BTU condensing tankless water heater units, the RUC90i and RU90e.

The RUR98i/RUR98e and the RUC90i/RU90e will be available for purchase through Rinnai wholesale distribution in January 2015. More details about these models can be found online at http://www.rinnai.us/tankless-water-heater.
